Qinhuangdao Hongrui Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (HR), set up in 1996 in Qinhuangado ¨C a famous tourist resort at Bohai coast ¨C mainly develops granary machinery and ventilators; undertakes maintenance and renovation projects of gantry/boom bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers for power plant, harbor, metallurgy industry. With advanced organization administration and scientific research we explore successively new fields and take stable high quality and safety as our concept of the company. The company registered capital is RMB£¤5million. There is a staff of 120 including specialists of machinery, electricity, auto-control, computer science, trade, management, etc. among which there are 9 senior engineers, 21 engineers, 25 assistant engineers and 25 technicians. The main products are granary machinery, tobacco machinery, brewery machinery, structural parts production, metal process, etc. In the company factory there are advanced processing machines and test methods such as foundry, riveting and welding, metal processing, electrical control, forging, hot treating, etc. and there is advanced facilities and test instrument such as boring machine center, digital-control milling machine, lathe, press, cutter, 3-dimension measuring system, etc. HR looks far ahead technologically and has founded strong production base, well prepared for development, research and production and ready to deal with challenges. HR has already won ISO 9001 £º2000 International Quality System recognition and realized its connection with foreign countries.
In 2002 due to its rich experiences and technological force in domestic security monitoring system and granary machine design and manufacturing, HR took part in ¡°the bidding of the state reserve security monitoring system and shallow bin equipment¡± organized by the State Grain Administration and won the bid. Several loading equipments for flat bin developed recently are of high quality and passed the provincial tests and achieved national patents. These equipments are stable in productivity with high automation and safe and reliability. The reclaim auger developed in the last two years has passed the examination of the Port Silo Technical Committee Branch of the National Anti-Dust-Explosion Technical Committee for Standardization, and has been used in the projects of Shenzhen Port Investment Promotion Affairs Co.
